K&L grew out of cleaning homes, condos, and short-term rentals across Austin. We still take residential work — for clients who want the same accountability we bring to commercial sites, in the spaces they actually live in or rent out.

The category we know best. Tight windows, hard deadlines, photo proof, restocking. We clean and reset between guests, restage to your listing photos, and send a turnover report so you can list with confidence — even when you are out of town.
Empty house, every detail. The clean that gets your deposit back — or the one that makes a new house feel like yours. Inside cabinets, inside drawers, inside appliances, baseboards, vents. The works.
Top-to-bottom reset for homes that have not had this kind of attention in a while — or that need it before a special occasion. Different from a recurring visit: we go slower, we get into the corners, and we surface what a normal clean would skim past.
Drywall dust gets everywhere. We do the multi-pass cleanup that turns a finished project into a livable space — every surface, every vent, every inch of trim — so you can move in or hand over without a punch list of cleaning notes.
Closets, pantries, garages, kid rooms, home offices. We help sort, declutter, and set up systems you can actually maintain. Paired with a clean if you want — or as a standalone project.
Interior and exterior glass, screens, sills, tracks. Available as a standalone visit or as an add-on to a deep clean. Best done seasonally to keep glass clear and sills free of buildup.
Laundry runs, trash haul-out, fridge purges, oven deep cleans, pet hair extraction, holiday hosting prep. Anything that makes the home easier to live in — ask. If we cannot do it, we usually know who can.
If it falls under "keep this home running," we can usually fit it into a visit. Most of our long-term residential clients started with one off-list ask we said yes to.
